Door locking device

Semi-automatic machine for the personalisation of a door locking device for washing machines.

The need to accommodate a variety of different needs led to the conception of this particular machine. Many of the components remain the same, while others have changed. The machine project was conceived by referring as much as possible to the common features in terms of clamps and placements.

The plant consists of a single large machine featuring a turntable with 24 air pressure operated stations. The need to resort to an operator arose in order to position the pre-assembled “fruit” on a pallet conveyor belt. In fact, the latter cannot be automatically fed by a vibrator.
