{"id":3181,"date":"2021-01-21T12:23:26","date_gmt":"2021-01-21T11:23:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.camasonline.it\/?p=3181"},"modified":"2021-03-04T10:07:15","modified_gmt":"2021-03-04T09:07:15","slug":"ball-valve-rod-assembly","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.camasonline.it\/en\/ball-valve-rod-assembly\/","title":{"rendered":"Ball valve rod assembly"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>This ball valve rod <a href=\"https:\/\/www.camasonline.it\/en\/category\/assembly\/\">assembly<\/a> can handle the assembly of dozens of different product codes.<\/p>\n<p>Different <strong>product combinations<\/strong> can be made according to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Rods with different geometries (height, diameter and oring position)<\/li>\n<li>O-rings with different compounds, torus and diameters<\/li>\n<li>Number of orings mounted on a single rod<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Large numbers of combinations necessarily require <strong>rapid retooling systems<\/strong> to speed up the changeover from one product to another, replacing as few components as possible and zero adjustment.<\/p>\n<p>The machine can work in two configurations:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>100% automatic<\/strong>, where the loading of the rods is carried out by vibrating feeding systems<\/li>\n<li>with <strong>manual loading<\/strong> of the rods (orings fed automatically)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5>\u00a0<\/h5>\n<h5><strong>Automatic mode<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>In 100% automatic mode, the machine covers a high percentage of the article range, producing 80% of the total rod volume.<\/p>\n<p>In this configuration the machine can work unmanned. This allows a single operator to manage several automations and related feeding systems in total autonomy.<\/p>\n<h5>\u00a0<\/h5>\n<h5><strong>Manual mode<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Products with a smaller volume, or which would have had a large impact on the investment and complexity of the vibratory feeding system, are loaded manually by the operator.<\/p>\n<h5>\u00a0<\/h5>\n<h5><strong>Automation management<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>The <strong>ball valve rod<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.camasonline.it\/en\/category\/assembly\/\">assembly<\/a> automation manages the unloading of parts in both modes.
